NOW Foods Clinical Prostate Health

NOW Foods Clinical Prostate Health is a comprehensive men's softgel formula. Each three-softgel serving combines 320 mg of saw palmetto extract, 850 mg of phytosterols including beta-sitosterol, 240 mg of stinging nettle root extract, 1 gram of pumpkin seed oil and 200 mg of quercetin.

NOW rounds it out with lycopene, green tea, pomegranate, turmeric, trans-resveratrol and flax lignans, plus zinc, selenium and vitamin D3. These botanicals and nutrients are traditionally used to support prostate health and normal urinary flow in men. The softgels are made with bovine gelatin; NOW lists them as kosher and gluten-free.

Choose 90 or 180 softgels. NOW suggests 3 softgels daily with food. Prostate changes should always be checked by a doctor, so talk with yours before starting this or any prostate supplement.
