NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Powder is finely ground psyllium husk, with 7 grams of dietary fiber, mostly soluble, in each level tablespoon.

Psyllium is one of the most popular natural fiber sources. It absorbs water and forms a gentle gel that supports regularity and overall digestive health, and many people also use it to boost their daily fiber intake. NOW lists it as Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan and kosher.
