Schär Ladyfingers are gluten free sponge biscuits with a delicate, airy texture and gentle sweetness. Their sponge-like crumb soaks up coffee, liqueur or syrup beautifully, which makes them the classic choice for tiramisu. The ingredient list is short: eggs, sugar, corn starch, rice flour, guar gum and natural vanilla flavor. 7.05 oz (200 g).
