Simply Organic Mild Taco Simmer Sauce makes weeknight tacos easy, with tangy cilantro and lime, tomato, and mild warmth from three kinds of chili, plus onion and garlic for depth. It's made for chicken tacos or Baja-style fish tacos, served in warm tortillas or crunchy shells.

Suggested use: Fully cook 1 lb boneless chicken, then shred or dice it. Combine the meat and sauce in a skillet, heat through and serve in warm taco shells or tortillas. Rotisserie chicken works too. Top with salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce or avocado and a squeeze of lime.
