SPORTea Iced Tea is a cold brew version of SPORTea's blend of green tea, black tea, Siberian ginseng (eleuthero), ginger, Brazilian maté and vitamin C. Each box holds big quart-size tea bags, and each bag makes a full quart of iced tea. It has zero calories, no sugar and only trace caffeine, about like decaf coffee.

Suggested use: Place one bag in a quart of cold water and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Or brew a quart through a coffee maker, cool, and serve over ice. Stir before serving; refrigerated tea may turn cloudy without affecting taste.
