Frontier Co-op Whole Schisandra Berries, also called wu wei zi, are a traditional botanical from Chinese herbal tradition with a remarkably complex flavor.

How to use
Lightly crush the berries and simmer or steep about 1 teaspoon per cup of water, then strain. Some people soak them in cool water overnight for a tart, refreshing drink. Their flavor is strong, so blend with other herbs or add honey to taste.
