Passage to India Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce is a creamy, mildly spiced sauce made with tomato, cream and yogurt. Add your choice of chicken, beef, lamb, seafood or vegetables and dinner is ready in about 20 minutes.

Directions: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Add 1 lb diced chicken, meat, seafood or vegetables and sear on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in the sauce, stir, cover and simmer until cooked through and tender. Serve over steamed basmati rice. For extra richness, drizzle in 2 tablespoons of cream before serving.
